Jouve has followed a strategy of investing heavily in R&D to innovate and automate production processes, transitioning from a pure production vendor to a production management partner, leveraging customized systems and methodologies to allow for a unique blend of onshore, nearshore, and offshore production capabilities. Of our 1300 employees, 70% are in Europe and North America, and 300 are engineers.
Our approach has enabled us to achieve consistent profitability and revenues similar to our largest competitors, but with 20% of the staff. Our results are based on technological innovation, not merely labor arbitrage.
